The Smidley Sure-Step is constructed of durable
plastic to support pigs up to 100 lbs. It measures 18" x 24", carrying a 5
year manufacturer's warranty on material and workmanship. Adapting to several types
of support systems including: 1/4" flat bar (painted or stainless steel), poly beams
or treated lumber makes this product very versatile. Also available in 12" x
18" pieces.
This 12" x 12" flooring panel is designed to withstand the weight and punishment of the sow in the farrowing crate. JD1212 has extra webbing for increased strength and raised cleats for the optimum traction for the sow. This panel can also be used as nursery flooring. Its size makes it more adaptable to variable size floor plans.
Sure-Step JD1824 is the most cost effective solution to nursery pig management. Its corrosion proof high density plastic blend guarantees years of trouble free use in nurseries with pigs up to 100 lbs.
This 12" x 18" flooring panel makes the system more adaptable to any size floor plan without as much waste. Its 12" length can be cut into 2 equal 6" pieces. JD1218 also has extra webbing to withstand abuse from the sow in the creep area.

The low heat conductivity of plastic and the animal-friendly tiles with smooth edges provide optimum flooring condition for the welfare of the pigs. Different types of polypropylene and cast iron tiles in standard module of 23 5/8" x 15 3/4" (and 7 7/8" x 15 3/4") can be combined like building blocks and can be easily adapted to all pen sizes. A large, 23 5/8" x 19 11/16", weaner tile has been developed to reduce the cost of support structures and thus provide our clients with an economic flooring system.
